Kitchen And Bathroom Remodel Verona Wi

At the end of last year, we did a bathroom remodel for Ron & Dolores Wendt in Verona. While Jenn (our Remodeling Consultant) was working on designs for their bathroom, they were also very curious to know if she had any ideas on how to update their kitchen. The Wendt’s knew the bathroom was their main focus at the time, but a kitchen remodel was not far off!

While certain items inthe kitchen were definitely outdated, it was the layout that was most impractical and made the space feel entirely too cramped. A couple months after we left the Wendt’s delighted with their new bathroom, they were ready to start the design process for their kitchen! Jenn went right to work, using 20/20 software to come up with several new layout options for the space.

Ron & Dolores narrowed it down to the design they loved the most right away and it was on to pricing and product selection, which also went very quickly!

While the new layout really opened up the space and made everything more functional, it was the products that really made the kitchen spectacular! Once again, our friends from Cabinetry Plus in Columbus came through with beautiful custom oak cabinetry. The Wendt’s chose a Corian solid surface countertop that was simple, but had hints of blue & green to compliment the paint colors they chose. All new appliances and a luxury vinyl floor with an oak appearance finished off the kitchen, but we didn’t stop there! Just around the corner, we switched out a solid door & window for a Gorell sliding patio door to provide more light and better access to the back yard. Finally, we added a custom window seat/bench to the opposite wall of this sunroom that also matched the kitchen cabinets.
