CURRENTLY HIRING: Remodeling Carpenters

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodel Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling techniques and a passion for transforming spaces. This role involves working on residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the remodeling process.

Responsibilities:

Safely tear down existing walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures as needed for remodel.
Clear and prepare work areas, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Build or repair structural frameworks including walls, roofs, floors, and doorframes.
Ensure all structural components are properly aligned and securely installed.
Install doors, windows, cabinetry, countertops, and other fixtures.
Lay flooring materials such as hardwood, tile, or laminate.
Hang drywall and perform plastering, taping, and finishing.
Perform detailed trim work including baseboards, crown molding, and wainscoting.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a remodel or general carpenter.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in completing work.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges during remodels.
Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and understanding project specifications.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on experience

‍CURRENTLY HIRING: Roofing Job Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Site Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish. This includes working with subcontractors, managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a Roofing Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry and a strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, has excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Starting wage is negotiable with the possibility of overtime, incentive plans, bonuses, and continued growth and earning opportunities. Paid vacation to start, 401K (with a 3% company contribution!), health/dental/vision/life insurance, profit sharing, paid holidays (after a waiting period)...and even company-sponsored trips!
