Initial Consultation

We’ll schedule your initial virtual consultation to get a complete understanding of your home interior remodeling project, vision, and goals.

  • Discuss future intentions and history of home
  • Determine scope of work with customer’s needs and wants
  • Discuss ballpark budget
  • Discuss style and materials
  • Discuss the design agreement
  • Take measurements and photos

Preliminary Design & Budget Development

We’ll explore several design options, with regular feedback and refinements from you, until you are completely satisfied, all while keeping budget in mind. This stage includes:

  • Detailed architectural drawings
  • Elevations and 3D renderings, if needed
  • Comprehensive site survey of your home, if needed
  • Design and budget refinement

Walkthrough

We’ll conduct a walkthrough of the area you want to remodel with our lead carpenter, electrician, plumber, and any other necessary tradesmen to be sure your chosen design is the best for the space. This process helps limit unforeseen or potential complications that could arise during the actual remodel.

Final Design and Budget Review

Now it’s time to finalize your project drawings, selections, and budget. Here’s what happens during this stage:

  • Minor design refinements
  • Products selections at our in-house showroom
  • Proposal of estimate
  • Signing of construction contract
  • Confirmation of start and completion dates

Pre-Planning Process

This is the stage where all the behind-the-scenes preparation takes place:

  • Set detailed job schedule
  • Order materials
  • Coordinate labor and sub-contractors
  • Obtain building permits

Pre-Construction Meeting

At this point, you’ll be introduced to your Lead Carpenter and Production Manager. You’ll also receive a copy of the detailed job schedule, including:

  • Detailed project calendar
  • Communication protocols
  • Key client dates (vacation, etc.)
  • Entire list of pre-construction items, if discussed

Construction

Your project begins on the scheduled start-date. During construction:

  • Your on-site Lead Carpenter will keep you informed
  • Routine site visits from Production Manager will keep your job on schedule
  • Our professional and conscientious crew will keep disruptions to a minimum

Finalize

Work is completed on time and on budget. This last stage includes:

  • Final walkthrough with Project Manager
  • Presentation of warranty information
  • Completion of punch list
  • Necessary adjustments for complete client satisfaction
