Frey Construction & Home Improvement, LLC has been in business since May 1995, and we’re proud of the reputation for excellence we’ve earned over the decades. Our consistent reliability, integrity and commitment to quality have helped us build a loyal base of customers who come back to us time and time again. Nearly 70 percent of our business comes from repeat customers.
At Frey Construction, we take seriously the business of remodeling your home. Whether the enhancement is exterior or interior, whether it’s a major remodel or a small facelift, every job gets the focus and individualized attention it deserves.
We mean it when we say no job is too big or too small.
When you call us for a consultation, we’ll come to your home and sit down with you. Together we will go over what you envision for your home, and we’ll develop a design plan that fits your budget. We don’t charge you for this time or for the free written estimate we create. And we let you take the time you need to make your decisions. If you do hire us, we’ll work hard to keep you apprised of our work, every step of the way.

Owner
Scott Frey | Owner
Scott grew up swinging a hammer, so it was only fitting that he would start his own business at the ripe old age of 22. Over the past two decades, he’s led the company to become an industry leader, both locally and nationally—by constantly seeking the highest-quality materials, providing the best training for his crews, and finding ways to go above and beyond on every job. As he puts it, “We’re all family.”
Exterior Sales Team
Initial appointments are made with one of our Sales Consultants. They bring a “we’ve-got-you-covered” attitude to every project. Because they know how overwhelming the choices can be, they are always happy to break things down and explain each step. They’ve also been known to work magic with insurance companies on hail or other insurance-related claims.
Interior Design Team
Our award-winning interior design team boasts extensive construction knowledge and experience with every level of remodel under the sun, from basic face lifts that freshen up spaces to amazing new extensive remodel plans our clients never dreamt possible. Our Interior Remodeling Consultants are involved throughout your entire remodeling process, doing not only the preliminary design work but also helping with budgeting, product selections, and the construction phase.

Frey Construction also was 1 of only 127 contractors in the country to win all 3 Master Elite Excellence Awards. The Master Elite Excellence Awards include: Consumer Protection Excellence, Training Excellence and Installation Excellence. Frey Construction has received this award for the 8th consecutive year.

The Madison Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) awards their prestigious Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards to NARI members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. Each year a panel of industry experts selects winners in various categories. To become factory-certified as a GAF Master Elite™ contractor, a roofing contractor needs to show that they are properly licensed, insured for your protection, have a proven reputation for providing quality roofing services throughout the community and committed to ongoing professional training to ensure quality installation.

The GAF Certified Green Roofer designation recognizes steep slope roofing contractors who are environmental leaders.
