Spring Fever = Dreaming of Replacing that Deck!
It's 51 degrees today in Madison! 51 degrees in Madison in February! Seriously...love it! We're feeling like every other Wisconsinite and have a little case of spring fever. This "warm" weather has us reminiscing about this deck replacement that we did a few years ago.
We had the luxury of working with our past Clients on their recent deck replacement. They have a beautifully landscaped back yard where they do a lot of entertaining. Instead of spending their time pressure washing, staining, and sealing their deck, they wanted to update with maintenance-free materials.
When it came down to who they wanted to work with, they called upon our amazing Design Team to help with the project. Product choice was simple – Azek composite decking and railing. With an Azek deck, the Keiser's can rest assured that their deck will continue to look great for years to come. Azek’s decking materials are stain, scratch, insect, mold, and mildew resistant, and they’re backed with a lifetime warranty.
It was a bit of a challenge to decide on colors for the new deck. Our Design Team was able to help with that as well! We used our 3D rendering software to view different color combinations for the decking, rails, posts, and stairs. Our Design Team worked with our Clients to find the perfect color combination. With the focus on entertaining and adding to the beautifully landscaped yard, we also added lots of lighting – with Azek caps for the posts, as well as lights in the risers of the steps.
At Frey Construction, we think there’s nothing more rewarding than working with Clients to help them improve the look, appearance, and functionality of their homes. Working with past Clients makes our job even more rewarding...because it shows us that we continue to do what we set out to do: exceed the expectations of our Clients.
