Meet Our Interior Design Team!

When Frey Construction first came to be, we specialized entirely in exterior home improvements. As our business grew, so did the number of Clients reaching out for help with all kinds of interior remodeling projects. And as we grew, we developed our interior remodeling division, starting with hiring carpenters that are the very best at what they do…

We soon realized how essential it is to start the design process before our amazing carpenters work their magic. Well before. And because each project needs to start with the “big picture,” our in-house designers connect with Clients to help with the brainstorming, the process of reflection and weighing options. Doing this homework proactively is the very best way to facilitate the very best remodeling experience and outcome.

From design through construction, we’ve fine-tuned a remodeling process that provides a customized experience for each Client. Our office staff, production team, carpenters, and award winning designers work hard to make your dreams a reality. At Frey Construction, we offer the most innovative, creative, and efficient designs for your home and business.

L to R: Rachael Harrison, Jenn Breunig, Julie Schultz, Jeanne Panucci

Jenn Breunig
With us for 12 years, Jenn has been involved with just about every type of remodeling project out there! She has a virtual warehouse of experience: part of three award-winning projects, named “Contractor of the Year” (COTY) by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), skillfully trained in Chief Architect and 20/20 Design Software, and certified through the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association (NKBA). In her free time, she loves traveling, spends time on Lake Wisconsin, and participates in a variety of sports, sometimes coaching her daughter, Savannah, and son, Dalton. Also a Realtor for Nth Degree in Sauk City, Jenn feels wearing both designer and realtor hats has provided her with insight to help people who are pondering whether to remodel or purchase a new home.

Jenn says “Re-designing kitchen layouts are my favorites—nothing is better than coming up with options that a customer never thought possible! And then, narrowing down options, selecting all the fun finishes, and seeing the final result that leaves them delighted!”

Jeanne Panucci

Part of our design team for almost two years, before that Jeanne ran her own interior design firm. While she always wanted to be a designer, math and science were her initial choices, and she taught high school math for many years. She came to the design field a little later in life, and five years ago added a degree in Interior Design to earlier degrees in Economics and Mathematics. We’re glad Jeanne listened to her heart, and hasn’t looked back! She is excited to work every day to help homeowners design functional and beautiful spaces! In her free time, Jeanne likes to travel, read, and hike.

Jeanne says “My greatest pleasure is seeing the finished space with Clients and knowing that I helped them achieve their dreams.”

Rachael Harrison

Relatively new to our design team, Rachael joined us in 2016. With four years of design experience, she has an associate degree in Interior Design, and a strong emphasis in the kitchen and bath industry. Rachael is a rock star in detailed planning and a great communicator. She works hard to make sure all the details are executed as planned. In her free time she enjoys taking her new puppy, Beaumont to the dog park.

Rachel says “I love making design projects come to life.”

Julie Schultz

The newest member of our design team has a degree in Interior Design and 18+ years of experience in the building and remodeling industry. She knows it’s vital to listen to the Client’s vision for a space, and that this collaboration and planning are key. Success means end results that are within the Client’s budget and spaces where Clients are delighted to spend their time. Julie and her husband enjoy activities with their two sons, Kade and Logan, often at their sporting events. Julie’s hobbies include antiquing, reading, cooking, and gardening with the help of dog Cooper!

Julie says “I enjoy helping Clients create homes or spaces that are a reflection of who they are and how they like to live.”
