Log Home Build in Plain, WI!
One of the biggest projects in the history of Frey Construction is underway!! We have done several projects for our clients, Jack and Tracy over the years, so when they came to us for their log home build, we were thrilled for the opportunity to work with them once again!
After lots and lots of planning, Jack and Tracy selected Pioneer Log Homes of British Columbia to build the log shell of their home. Pioneer Log Homes handcrafted each and every log and did the preliminary construction of the home at their company site in British Columbia. Once every detail was perfected, the log-structure was disassembled and transported to its final destination: Plain, Wisconsin! Over the past few days, the logs are being reassembled to re-erect the future log home for our clients.
The involvement of Pioneer Log Homes will be aired on Timber Kings television show. The television show, which is currently in its 4th season, features six master craftsman from Pioneer and follows their day-to-day operations as they build luxury log homes and log cabins around the world. The show is popular in Canada and starting to make it's way onto networks in the United States, such as HGTV and the Discovery Channel.
Once the log shell is completed by Pioneer Log Homes, Frey Construction will come in and do all of the finishing work to complete the log home build. We’ll keep you posted with pictures and progress of this exciting project!
