"Sally and I are very satisfied with all aspects of our recent siding project. With your people's good work, and my painting the remaining wood trim, it looks like a new house to us. This note is a special thank you for your Company's assistance with our insurance claim with USAA. You told me when we first met that Scott of someone there would work with our insurer but, based on what the adjuster told me, I wasn't expecting to receive more than the approximately 60% of the total cost for the job as on USAA's original estimate.

You can imagine we were very pleased to learn that the amount in the revised estimate, after USAA received all details of the work and the invoices, was increased to 94% of the cost. The only explanation I got from them was that this was based on several contacts by Frey Construction. We have now received this additional payment.

So thank you, Scott, or whoever, for following up with my insurer so effectively. Or course this will only add to the glowing recommendation of Frey Construction that I will give to others who need the kind of work your Company can provide.
