The ideal candidate would have a strong communication, an outgoing personality, organizational and influence skills – while creating and building relationship with our valued clients. Demonstrated passion for the construction industry including the ability to communicate with clients to assess what they want and need, and then present ideas and home improvement solutions. Position requires estimation, sales presentations, product selection and great organization skills.

We are seeking an individual who can combine creative design capabilities with sales talent to provide remodeling solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate would have strong communication, multi-tasking, organization and influence skills. Requires a demonstrated passion for design consultation, including the ability to communicate with clients & assess their wants and needs, and then present ideas and design solutions. Position requires design work (drawing), sales presentations, product selection/ordering, project coordination and great organization skills.

Qualified candidates must be dedicated to working with the Frey Construction team and have the ability to interact with customers as well as perform their skilled trade proficiently. Frey Construction & Home Improvement, LLC demands exceeding the expectations of our valued clients and the highest quality workmanship from all its employees. Ability to use CAD, Chief Architect (or similar software programs) preferred. Any kind of drawing, remodeling or construction experience a PLUS!
