Frey Construction is excited to be listed on Remodeling Magazine's Top 550 List for 2010!

We are very excited to share that Frey Construction was named on Remodeling Magazine’s Top 550 Home Improvement Companies list for 2010!

It’s a list of the largest 550 remodeling companies in the U.S. Because not all remodeling companies are alike, The Remodeling 550 distinguishes among full service, specialty and replacement, and insurance restoration companies, as well as franchise operations.  Frey Construction is featured under the category of Full-Service Remodelers.

Full-Service Remodelers

Whether design/build or working with outside architects, whether focusing on historic restoration or a particular type of room (kitchens, baths, additions), full-service remodeling companies are almost always local, one-branch operations that rely to a large extent on referrals and repeat business, as well as their reputation, to keep crews busy.The term “full-service” does double duty: not only are such remodelers often responsible for all aspects of a job, but their ability to bring in new business depends to a large extent on having highly satisfied customers. Their reputation is the brand.

Full-service remodeling companies offer general contractor services in renovation projects ranging from whole-house remodels to handyman jobs such as changing out doorknobs. Many of those on this list have a long-term history in their markets, and have been able to survive the downturn in residential construction by drawing on relationships with past clients.
