Frey Construction is an Lead Safe Company

As of April 22, 2010, federal law requires contractors that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.

Frey Construction and Home Improvement, LLC

is proud to announce that we are

certified under ch. HFS 163, Wis. Adm. Code as a

Lead Safe Company

Frey Construction cares about our clients and the safety of their homes and their health.  That is why we have taken every measure to make sure that our crews are properly trained and equipped in dealing with lead based paint on our interior and exterior remodeling projects.  Frey Construction has eight certified Lead Safe Renovators on our team.  These certifications were issued by the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Health Services.  The rest of our team has participated in extensive Lead Paint Safety Training by our Lead Safe Renovators so that every person on our job sites is practicing the proper and safest handling of possible lead paint materials.
