Kay Bailey - Kitchen Remodel, Sun Prairie,

At Frey Construction,
one of the things we are most proud of is that 78.2% of our business
comes from repeat clients and their referrals. Perhaps one of our most
shining examples in this area is Kay Bailey! Not only have we done a
great deal of work on her home in Sun Prairie over the years, we’ve
also updated her mother’s house here in Prairie du Sac and she’s
provided us with several great referrals. Even more exciting than all
this is the most recent work we’ve completed at her house –
updates that she’d been dreaming about for quite some time!
First, we replaced all of the windows in her
house with energy efficient Gorell windows. Then, we tore out her old
deck and replaced (and expanded) it with a maintenance free deck system.
Next, it was time to head inside the house, where we remodeled all 3
of her bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room and installed a Gorell sliding
patio door in her bedroom, so she could access her newly expanded deck!
Since Kay had been thinking about all of this
for a long time, she had a very good idea of everything she wanted.
We worked quickly to come up with a new layout for her kitchen, as well
as a way to make her master bathroom just a little bit bigger. Then,
it was onto product selection, which included custom tile in two of
the bathrooms, cultured marble tops and new vanities in all the baths,
custom cabinets, granite tops and tile flooring in the kitchen.
While a project like this is quite an undertaking,
we put a lot of effort into planning the schedule of work to be as “quick
and painless” as possible – especially for Kay! Everything
turned out beautifully – take a look at the pictures – they
