Charlie and Kathy Galle, Prairie du Sac, WI - Kitchen and Living Room Remodel

Our November 2005 Client of the Month, Charlie and Kathy Galle came to us with the hopes of opening up the floor plan on the main floor of their home. To begin, we decided to try to utilize the room of their existing sun room. As much as we love sun rooms, the Galle's had a very narrow sun room which created a lot of wasted space. Being very optimistix to handle the task, we decided to remove the sun room wall and put in some big beams to support the second floor. By doing this, we were able to push out the kitchen and dining room - creating an open and modern floor plan. Taking two smaller rooms - and creating one great big room.

As long as we were already hard at it, the Galle's decided to raise the floor in their sunken living room, as well as expanding two bedrooms. We also reworked a laundry room and bathroom. All this could not have been possible without the crew of Frey Construction and all or our fabulous subcontractors! It is amazing what can happen in just over 30 days!

At the conclusion of the Galle's remodel project, we couldn't be any happier - the results are better than we first anticipated. We can't imagine it was easy on the Galle's to live without the main floor of their home, but we hope it was "quick and painless" in their eyes and that it was all worth it in the end.

Before this remodel, the Charlie and Kathy had a beautiful home - but now it is absolutely breathtaking!
